Our Canadian lobster comes from the cold waters around Nova Scotia. The cold water gives the lobster a hard shell that protects the tender meat. The product is famed for its sweet flavour and outstanding quality.

Looking to the future
Our Canadian lobster has been caught in a sustainable way for many generations; using creels.
After catching, the whole lobsters are cooked in the shell under optimal temperature and with a specific cooking time, so we can retain the perfect texture and authentic, natural flavours. The lobster is then IQF-frozen in nets and finished with a protective glaze.
