Ready to use
These Butterfly Ebi Fry are mainly developed for sushi and Asian cuisine.
The shrimps are cleaned and the head is removed. As the name suggests, the tail is butterflied and unfolded. The shrimp is then precooked and finished with a crispy breadcrumb coating.
These butterfly shrimps can be deep-fried direct from frozen for optimum convenience and oceans of time-savings during preparation and cooking.
