We catch the tuna for our Red Tuna Saku in the Pacific Ocean. There’s still an abundance of tuna in these areas, which means we can offer a MSC certified product that, of course, meets our own extremely high quality standards.

Guaranteed stable quality
We are certain that our suppliers meet our high quality and sustainability standards. After all, we’ve been working with them for years. This means we can guarantee stable quality and is why you and your customers will keep coming back.
Our Tuna Saku is hand-cut into a rectangular shape. We supply ‘formatted shaped’ Saku, meaning the Saku block is cut straight. Every chef can easily slice beautiful pieces of tuna that can be used for Tuna Nigiri or Tuna Sashimi.
Since 2023, we also offer pre-sliced tuna slices, check out our red tuna slices here!
Innovative techniques for retaining colour
We protect our tuna products in a unique way. Using our innovative techniques ensures that the tuna retains its original colour, even at temperatures as low as -18°C. If we don’t use these techniques, the tuna will lose its red colour. Others have tried to copy these techniques over the years. But nobody has been able to equal our results.
This is one of the reasons why ‘Blue World Tuna’ is an unmistakeable phenomenon on the European market. Our many years’ experience and close cooperation with our partners also plays a major role.
