Sashimi quality

Sustainability is one of our top priorities. We think it’s important that all our tuna meat is used, which is why we’re introducing: tuna tartare. The tuna that remains after slicing our sashimi grade tuna saku is transformed into a new product: tartare. This tartare is made from 100% red tuna and is the same quality you’ve come to expect from us.

The product can be used as a starter or as appetiser with drinks.
