SNOW CRAB CLUSTERS
What you need
3 | Snow crab clusters |
1/4 cup | Butter |
1 | Clove of garlic |
1 | Lemon |
2 tablespoons | Dried parsley |
Salt to taste | |
Freshly ground black pepper to taste |
PREPARATION
Step 1: Make a lengthwise slit in the shell of each Snow Crab piece.
Step 2: In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until translucent, about 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in parsley, pepper, and salt, and continue heating until the mixture begins to bubble.
Step 3: Add the crab legs to the skillet; toss to coat with butter mixture. Simmer until completely heated through, 5 to 6 minutes. Reserve some extra sauce for dipping if desired.
Step 4: Add lemon slices for garnish.
