Poke Bowl

Enjoy this delicious poke bowl, perfect for impressing guests or enjoying a fresh meal at home. With just a few ingredients, you won’t need to spend hours in the kitchen to surprise everyone with an amazing dish!

What you need

200 grams Red Tuna Cubes
2 cups Sushi rice
1/4 cup Rice vinagar
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 cup Edamame
1 cup Mango
Half of a Avocado
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Soy sauce to taste
Slices green onions to taste
Pickled ginger and wasabi to taste

PREPARATION

Step 1: Preparing the rice

First, prepare the sushi rice. Start by rinsing 2 cups of sushi rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear. Combine the rinsed rice with 2.5 cups of water in a pot. Bring it to a boil, then cover the pot and let it simmer for 10 minutes. After simmering, remove the pot from the heat and let it stand with the lid on for another 10 minutes.
While the rice is resting, prepare the seasoning. In a separate bowl, heat 1/4 cup of rice vinegar with 2 tablespoons of sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. Transfer the cooked rice to a large bowl and gently fold in the vinegar mixture. Allow the seasoned rice to cool to room temperature.

Step 2: Assembling the Poke Bowl

Divide the cooled sushi rice into bowls. Top each with your Blue World Seafood Red Tuna Cubes, sliced avocado, mango, and edamame beans. Drizzle with soy sauce or your favorite poke sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for an extra kick. Enjoy!
